How to access your Kiosk Remotely

For security purposes the Kiosk communicates with the PC via local network, meaning no direct internet is required or possible. However, if your PC Server has an internet connection, you may remote into the PC Server in order to make and apply changes to your kiosk on the backend using AnyDesk, a free software.

You should install AnyDesk on both the PC Server and any computer (PC, Mac or Linux) you wish to use to remote into the PC Server.

Visit www.anydesk.com and click on 'Free Download for Personal Use'

After downloading AnyDesk, you can start the setup wizard.

  1. Run the setup file you have downloaded previously. A web version of AnyDesk will open.
  2. Click on 'Install AnyDesk'
  3. Allow the full version to install. AnyDesk will now open
  4. Click on 'Set Password for unattended access...'
  5. Create a password

You will now open AnyDesk on both your PC Server and your computer. To remote into your Server, enter the numeric address shown on AnyDesk on your Server into AnyDesk on your computer.

You will now be able to fully control your PC Server.
