Tips for PPU to run properly:

Ensure Booth and Tablet/iPad are on SAME wi-fi network
Windows Firewall should be completely disabled (booth and tablet/iPad)
No Anti-Virus programs installed (booth and tablet/iPad)
Ensure the correct Event is selected in PBU.
- Remember the Event is only active and available for the date selected when it was created in the Event Manager.
Ensure the correct Watch Folder is selected in the Helper Tool and in PBU
