Often after attempting to correct an issue with the printer, you may find you need to reset the error codes. You may also want to clear the error codes as part of your diagnostics. Follow the steps below.
To reset error codes:
1) Remove media (paper and ribbon)
2) Power off printer and disconnect power cable for 20 seconds
3) Reconnect power, power printer back on
4) Replace Media, close printer
5) Run test print and check for errors
